Three Types: Recruitment, Audit and Software and Management in HR.

1. Recruitment:

Design, launch and implementation of a personal and innovative recruitment system for the selection of professionals from all profiles with the highest reliability and transparency requirements. The purpose of this selection is the final deployment in the workplace. This may involve the design and organization of logistical needs (Camp), control systems, HR (Visa, Company, Official Documentation Control Workers, Contracts, etc.) and implementation of control procedures.

2. Audit:

Comprehensive control of all processes related to Human Resources. The audit shall be held every three months and is aimed at the supervision and guidance of aspects like creation of the company, the existence of accurate documentation in proper order, control workers, proper processing of visas, inspection of accommodation (Camp and cleaning, security, activities, boarding control), Review of Control workers Procedures (in its broadest sense, as: attendance, documentation, legalization, holidays, wages, disciplinary actions, etc.), analysis of recruitment agencies and their way of working.

3. Software and Human Resources Management:

It's more than a system of management of human resources used to store and organize data of workers. It is a basic solution that automates slow processes and difficult to control, since the arrival of the worker until his departure from the company. GSSC Software minimizes the time spent performing administrative tasks and facilitates the monitoring of any incident related to the area of HR in a peculiar geographical area as the Middle East.
